“We were in desperate need of help with our basement drain backing up with sewage during the week of Thanksgiving. We called Roto-Rooter and got in contact with a guy named Aaron. He went out of his way to properly diagnose our problem. It was just days before the holiday and he and the office worked to get us taken care of before Thanksgiving. During the actual visit, he and another gentleman (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name!) came to fix the issue. They were both helpful, professional, and efficient with their time. We are so grateful for their expertise and working with us when we were in such a bind. Everyone involved went above and beyond and we'll definitely be calling Roto-Rooter again if we need help.
